At Meridian Healthcare Services, Inc., we provide affordable and effective credentialing and contracting services designed for all specialties, groups and providers. Our dedicated credentialing team works with payers across most states to help you streamline the enrollment process, avoid delays, and get contracts executed as quickly as possible.
ABA Groups
$350 per payer – Includes contracting for your group and 1 BCBA
$300 per provider, per payer – Each additional BCBA
$200 per provider, per payer – RBT credentialing
$500 Medicaid enrollment – Agency + 1 BCBA (state Medicaid application only)

Our Process
Our Process
Preliminary Audit – Before invoicing, we request your group’s Tax ID, along with each provider’s name and NPI. We’ll verify your current payer status to confirm what work is needed.
Roster & Document Review – You’ll complete a credentialing roster and submit required documents. Our team will audit CAQH, NPI, liability insurance, and other materials to ensure accuracy before submission.
Application Submission – We handle all paperwork and communication with the payer on your behalf. You’ll have access to our live credentialing dashboard to track progress in real time.
Contract Review – When contracts are presented, we send them to you for review of terms and fee schedules before signing.
Rate Negotiations (Optional) – For new contracts we credential, rate negotiation is included at no additional cost. For existing contracts, negotiation support is available at $75/hour, billed in half-hour increments.
Finalization – Our work isn’t complete until you have an executed contract in hand from the payer.

$400 per payer – Includes contracting for your group and 1 MD/DO
$350 per provider, per payer – Each additional MD/DO
$300 per provider, per payer – PA/NP/APRN/RN credentialing
$500 Medicaid enrollment – Agency + 1 MD/DO (state Medicaid application only)
